The English name is Casablanca Silk on the 5th floor of the Marunouchi building. Vietnamese and French. The waiter read my gluten free card and pulled out a large book listing all allergens for every menu item. I told him what I was interested in ordering and he carefully reviewed the allergens and asked me questions. Delicious food and great service.
