Taco Bell does not have a gluten free menu, but they do have an allergen guide on their website. Please speak to the person taking your order regarding potential cross-contamination risks.

I typically get a power bowl from Taco Bell and don’t have a reaction to it but this Taco Bell made me so sick. I think Taco Bell should stop advertising this bowl as a gluten free option when it is clearly not gluten free.

I am highly gluten allergic, but not celiac. I often eat Taco Bell’s power Bowl’s without the Alvacado Ranch topping. I explain that I am allergic to the Alvacado Ranch. I have not had any reaction. I have been doing this for almost year. I usually get the chicken.
This TB location is the best ever at getting your order correct, even down to giving you a fork…..til today.

Ordered Tacos that are listed as GF by ingredient on the Taco Bell website (crunch taco and doritios loco taco) Ordered via machine as I couldn't work out how to order via counter. Delicious, cheap and didn't get sick.

I’ve gotten the veggie power bowl without cheese and sour cream (it once still showed up) about 4x from this location. It always tested GF with my Nima sensor and no issues. I once tested a taco and it came back positive, but I ordered through kiosk and didn’t ask them to change gloves.

I am not sure about cross contamination, but chicken power bowl is GF. It’s a healthier option than crunchy tacos (their crunchy shells are GF since they are corn shells).

Someone reviewed and stated that the Mexican pizza is gluten free, and being my favorite past time meal prior to a celiac diagnosis, had to check it out. It is NOT gluten free and the first ingredient listed for the pizza shell is wheat flour. Just wanted to clarify that!

Taco Bell actually has gluten free hardshell tacos, their regular BEEF tacos, tacos supreme, and Doritos locos tacos. What you CANT eat there is ANY other meats, no chicken, no steak. And you can’t eat their NACHO cheese but you can substitute “3 cheese blend” or cheddar cheese on any nachos. Nothing else can be eaten here except drinks. If you order any other foods ask them to bag them separately. The food prep area surprisingly has little to no cross contamination, but their wrappers are very loose and foods can commingle in a bag.

They’re not truly GF obviously and not safe for celiacs. Also THE MEAT IS NOT GF. on their online menu it lists it as so but it isn’t. Their corporate sent me the ingredient listing so be aware.

The menu has gluten free options, but I was told they don’t do gluten free. They weren’t busy so I can’t imagine they just didn’t want to clean their stations, but whatever. We just won’t eat there 🤷🏼♀

We are trying this out & this Taco Bell we stopped @ has absolute no idea what Celiac or gluten free means! & says they will have to clean the whole station to avoid any cross contamination

I’m very gluten sensitive (not Celiacs, but a tiny bit of gluten does a lot of damage to me). I ordered a crunchy beef taco supreme and a power bowl with steak. I was nervous to try the ground beef but had read and seen on the allergen menu that they are no longer making their beef with gluten containing ingredients, so I took the risk. It was a success! No reaction!

Okay so at some point in 2020, Taco Bell revamped their ground beef recipe so it no longer includes gluten containing ingredients. Their Hardshell Tacos, Taco Supreme, Dorito Taco, and Dorito Taco Surpreme; are also now listed as not containing gluten.
I haven’t eaten Taco Bell in over 7 years. After learning this and talking to the person at a drive through who said that their would probably be a risk of cross contamination- I gave it a shot. I’ve tried a taco supreme and a dorito taco at 4 different Taco Bell locations in California, New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas. And never got glutened 😃 it’s amazing
Staff is not trained but their nutrition info with allergens including wheat and gluten is available on request and on their website. They have an article for gluten free eaters explaining some of the options and risks now too.

I’m pretty sensitive to gluten/ cross contamination and have had to figure out ways to improvise with not many gluten free options in Saratoga Springs. The only thing I ever get is the crunchy tacos. I love them and don’t seem to have much of a reaction (if any) after eating them. I wouldn’t dare touch anything else on the menu though!

I get the supreme tacos without incidents.
Does anyone know if their eggs are GF. Can’t find it anywhere. I got a grilled breakfast burrito with no cheese and no tortilla. Just egg and bacon. Hoping it’s safe.
Taco Bell’s ground beef is now Gluten free. This is amazing that they did away with the wheat flour to allow gluten free folks to eat here. Taco Supremes are as amazing as I remember
Ordered the crispy supreme tacos (sub) shredded chicken, website offers more suggestions for gluten free items.
Limited menu options for Gluten free. The crunchy tacos contain no gluten and are good value for money.
The protein power bowls are always safe for me. Ive never had any issues.
No separate gluten free menu. Use of corn tortillas as an option would be nice
Apparently the ground beef contains gluten, but you can sub shredded chicken on a crunchy taco. Their Power Bowls are great - you get fresh ingredients, and you can choose from chicken or steak. It's also my understanding that the chips and guac/salsa are gluten free too.

Nothing gf here! Do t waste your time

Got sick within 4 hours after eating here, if you are celiac, DO NOT EAT HERE. I got severally ill and was almost sent to the ER after puking non-stop, dizziness, and slurred speech. If you are celiac I recommend looking somewhere else or making your own tacos at home.

Was very willing to help accommodate my daughter's gluten free diet they wiped everything down and prepared her taco salad first changed gloves and did the rest of my families
I use to eat here quite often, but as I became more gluten intolerant- eating here wasn’t an option. One of my worst flare ups to happen. :\

It's Taco Bell. Cheap fast food. Many gluten free and vegetarian items available.
Go to website and select allergen info and it let's you choose the allergen you want you avoid. Then gives you a list of menu items without that allergen.
Quote from Taco Bell's allergen page that is listed in this app. Not sure why Taco Bell is listed in Find Me Gluten Free
Taco Bell® does not claim “gluten-free” for any ingredients or menu items. There are Taco Bell® ingredients that are made without gluten containing ingredients but are prepared in a common kitchen areas, including common fryer oil, with the risk of gluten exposure; therefore, Taco Bell® does not recommend products for customers with celiac disease. Customers with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgment when ordering products.

The people at the counter said they had nothing gluten free. We left. At the time, the website would only show me breakfast options--hash brown, coffee, orange juice. That's because I eliminated both gluten and wheat before searching. Later, when I searched only to eliminate gluten, there were more options. However, I would not be willing to trust these uneducated employees to handle my food safely.
Website says nachos are gluten free, but manager says the tortilla chips are flour not corn.

Cantina Power Bowl with chicken is good. I like their black beans, chips with nacho cheese sauce, and Crush Orange Vanilla Freeze
