Red Robin has gluten free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free fries. Please verify with your server.
I have been a handful of times and have not gotten sick. The employees are quite helpful with questions concerning which foods are safe to eat. Probably the best gluten free burger I have ever had and they also have dedicated fryers for the fries. I only have good things to say about this place.

We have had many good experiences here as a family. However, my 15 yr old son went to eat with another teen by himself for the 1st time and was served gluten (wheat battered and fried chicken) despite telling the server and mgr. he needed GF but was confused about their menu. He violently extremely ill for days. Their safety team response since has been extremely poor. Use caution.

I’ve eaten here, both as dining in and take out. I was shocked at how Red Robin’s has responded to the food allergy community! If you tell them you have a food allergy and your not sure what is ok on the menu, they bring you an iPad, where you can select which foods your can’t have (gluten, wheat, and dairy for me) and the menu pops up with all the foods you CAN have! There are sooooo many items on the menu, it was a bit overwhelming to be honest (in a good way of course). When I told the server, “I have Celiac Disease” she immediately knew what I was talking about and showed me she was marking my order, and explained how they have a specific set of cookware in the back for my food. And a gluten free fryer!! When my food came out, the server had a glove on one hand, that was touching my plate, and an ungloved hand on my husbands.
My take-out experience was great! When I ordered through their website, there were several places I could add an allergy note, and a section where I could indicate Celiac Disease. The to-go specialist came out, read me my order and explained the special precautions they took to keep me safe.
If you’re on the fence - don’t be! This specific location does a fabulous job, and it’s a big enough menu, your family is sure to find an option for themselves as well!!

Separate fryer for french fries. Really good burgers. Can never be 100 percent sure in a restaurant like this but they seem to make a reasonable effort.

Sorry red robin you get a one. A one you might ask...even though we have a gluten free hamburger bun and a dedicated fryer. Well first your gf buns are always hard. Somebody always leaves them in the microwave or something too long. Sorry but thats on yall. The other one is I got some fries when my son and I visited. They tasted like fish. Then when I mentioned it to the server, he said rather unalarmed, "well somebody must have taken the basket from the other fryer and used it" Cue my i cant believe he just said that the way he did face...wow! This place used to be my go to place for burgers...not anymore! If your gf isnt comsistent, then it is the same as no gf. I just go to in n out or if i have extra money go to five guys. Then i take the food home and grill my own gf bun.

I had to call to ask about gf options because the menu online was unclear. We ordered pick up and the food was very disappointing. I was able to get a burger with gf bun and gf fries that were very gross and had no seasoning. I would not eat there again.

They will claim over and over again they have safe practices and a dedicated fryer, then send you home with fries that have onion ring crumbs in them, or forget to put gf buns on your burger. 0/10

Waiter put allergy alert on the order and my hamburger on a gluten free bun arrived with a marker showing it was gluten free. Also, the regular buns have sesame seeds while the gluten free ones do not so it is easy to tell if a mistake was to ever occur.

Service is very slow. Had to ask twice for a gluten free menu then he came back and told me I had to look it up myself online. The waiter came and said he knew the gf menu like the back of his hand but when I asked about an item on the menu he said he didn’t know. So I had to look up the menu after all. The food was good.

I went there yesterday for takeout while eating in the mall with other family members (as the mall food isn't exactly the most friendly when it comes to gluten free, or other things I can't have like HFCS for example). When I asked about a gluten free menu, I was given an employee tablet which had a list to check off what I am allergic to (obviously I picked gluten AND wheat). Ended up having the bacon cheeseburger as I was unsure personally about the presence of HFCS in anything else like the mayo/seasoning. So I got the bacon cheeseburger without seasoning, mayo and tomatoes (I don't like tomatoes and I brought my own safe condiments), with steak fries. The bun was surprisingly soft, as I have had a bad experience with harder buns from the store. Tasted good, wasn't spectacular. But for $15 just for a burger and fries (not even a drink) I don't know if I believe it's worth it for a quick lunch.

So disappointed. I ordered the ensanada platter (chicken breasts & side salad) and a side of garlic fries. I checked the allergen option, marked the gluten sensitivity and wrote celiac. Within 30 minutes, I was down for the count. One of the worst episodes I’ve had from gluten

The meat is cross contaminated including the burger patties and their chicken. If you go I suggest the avo-cobb-o salad with no chicken and no croutons it's probably the safest thing on the menu.

If you go here, don't order delivery or takeout. The waitresses that take the orders are rude, lazy, and very unknowledgeable. They get an attitude when you ask them to make your fries GF. I've been glutened twice and the second time I was hospitalized for days. And that's after I asked them to make sure the fries were GF. Which they didn't.

Ordered from multiple locations on Door Dash and the curbside pickup, and have had great experiences! Each time my food has an allergy alert, and GF seasoning packets for the fries! Love the lettuce wrap burgers! Not sure about labeling in-store, but the website had a great feature where you can search by dietary restrictions!
