The server said they have a dedicated gluten free fryer so I was able to have fries and they were really good! I’m not sure if they have multiple fryers though so I’d make sure to clarify. They also had a GF bun for the burger and was really good! The server confirmed that my meal would be prepared separately. My meal came out with an allergy stick so that was reassuring! Did not get sick.

Location is decent. Theyy have seperate fryer for fries. Hit or miss with the servers. Sometimes there are great servers and very knowledgeable and other times servers seem annoyed about having to look up GF accomdations

I love this location! I am a highly symptomatic celiac and have eaten here more times than I can count without a reaction. The bun is delicious, the staff is knowledgeable, and if you ask for gluten free fries in the dedicated fryer they will make them safe. You have to remember to ask for it for a gluten allergy specifically, so they know to put it in that fryer and not the one with the onion rings.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
While the gluten free bun was very yummy, I was disappointed in the fact that they did not have dedicated fryers. So fries and onion rings are fried together making cross contamination unavoidable. Also the allergy menu available online was really difficult to use and our server was unable to answer many of our questions.

Great experience! Staff is very knowledgeable. They have a specific menu to select any food allergen you might have so you can tailor their options to what you need. They have a frier dedicated to fries only which are gluten-free (without seasoning, though the seasoning at the table is labeled gluten-free). They also have an amazing gluten-free bun. It was so good, I forgot it wasn’t a regular bun!

A go-to place for my family! Very safe and accomodating.
RR does have one of the best gf buns out there. Had the gf chix bruschetta sand and fries with no issues!
After speaking with the management it was made very clear that they take food allergies seriously. However, the only way to make sure your food is prepared properly is to ask for the allergen menu, and reiterate to the waitstaff the issue the issue that you have.
Yes
Staff very knowledgeable and allergen aware. Kitchen takes extra precautions with flagged food. Many choices.
Burger and fries are good, don't taste gluten free! Some of the servers seem knowledgeable about gluten and others do not. I would recommend going when it's less busy to be safe.

A regular hamburger and fries! On a BUN. so good. Makes me feel "normal" again. Fresh and tasty. Love!

Good service and gluten-free choices. Had the Chicken Cesar Salad w/o croutons. Found out when it arrived that it also comes with bread. Not difficult to avoid eating it but next time I will remember to order without to avoid the waste.
The menu clearly says at the bottom to tell your server about your allergy and scan the QR code for the menu. The online allergy menu is by far the best I've experienced as of 2024. Once you dial in your entree, just read it to the server. Fries were offered to be cooked in separate fryer. Very safe and welcoming environment for those with food allergies. I had a bacon cheeseburger on their GF bun (VERY close to a regular bun) with steak fries and did not have a reaction.

This location is amazing with Gluten free needs. The servers are knowledgeable, they have a dedicated fryer for the fries, and they prep in separate areas, as well as mark items for allergy.

I eat here at least once a week. If you tell the server you have a gluten “allergy” they will mark it and make your food separate and use the gluten free fryer. They even use a little plastic marker on your food to show it was make gluten free. Their menu has a QR code to filter out what foods have gluten in it and what can be modified or not. The servers also have their tables to tell you if something is not gf. I have never had any issues as long as I tell them to mark it all gf.

Decently knowledgeable! You can use their site to narrow down options by ingredient (gluten, egg, etc). Burgers, chips & dip, salads, fries in dedicated fryer. Food comes out marked.
