The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
Many gluten free options and a very friendly wait staff. I wish I asked the name of our server. She said she’d look after me.

I did order a Pasta and server must not have heard me. When he offered us bread I said I couldn’t have due to being GF diet and he apologized that he had ordered the wrong main meal for me and went straight to the kitchen to correct the order. He was most apologetic. The pasta was the softest I have ever had. The GF chocolate cheesecake was very rich but enjoyable.

Do NOT eat here if you have Celiac. I got sick twice. It is NOT gluten free. Many chain restaurants aren't but I can say truly that I will never eat at this chain again. Ever.

I only wanted cheesecake…everything else was a little overwhelming and worried about cross contamination! There’s 2 gf cheesecake options so I tried the more traditional one, it wasn’t too bad, but I feel I’ve tried it now and I’m good!

Every cheesecake factory and luxe cafe location that I've been to around Houston has the tendency to mess up my orders, most of the time. Including this location. I have multiple food allergies, and this is very disappointing. Even though they remake my food and get it right on the second time. It's very frustrating to wait for my food twice, at cheesecake factory and grande luxe.
Visited the Bridgewater location, rhey had a decent amount of gluten free options on the menu. The waiter was knowledgeable and caring. Service seemed a bit slow so he came to us to explain they were taking extra precautions in the kitchen for us...cleaning space to keep our food safe and taking their time to avoid cross contamination. My son and I ate and had zero issues from the dinners we had. The waiter definitely made us feel comfortable.

The menu has GF on so many items. Food servers are very knowledgeable. A yummy new gluten free chocolate cheesecake!!
All I got was Salmon and vegetables which was bland to begin with but then afterwards I had to deal with feeling awful. Crazy how you can mess up such a simple and flavorless meal but Cheesecake Factory managed to do it! Don’t go here if you have celiac. NOT safe.

They were super accommodating. We asked and were told they have a dedicated frier, but can never guarantee 100% no contamination. My daughter, who is gluten allergic, had fries and plant based impossible burger with GF bun. I had a bite and it was really good. They made sure that they changed gloves and used different utensils as well. Finally, she had the low-licious cheesecake with strawberries. Make sure to get it with real whipped cream not the low sugar one.

Unfortunately, I got sick after ordering an omelette, during lunch time, in hopes that I would avoid illness. I also advised of my allergy more than once to the wait staff. Not safe (and sadly I’ve experienced this at the Cheescake in Melville as well).

Surprised this one wasn't already on list. Those that know Cheesecake Factory already know the vast options. My go to is the four cheese pasta dish with chicken. Then you wrap it up with gluten free Godiva chocolate. Both delicious.

They have their gluten free options listed on the menu. I ordered the gluten free pasta, and they brought me regular pasta. It took almost an hour to get my correct plate and it wasn’t even cooked. On top of that the pasta didn’t taste good at all. My friend said the GF bun wasn’t bad. Overall would just go somewhere else to be safe.

Not safe for gluten intolerance or celiac! Twice, on two separate occasions, we’ve ordered the kids alfredo with gf noodles for our highly intolerant daughter—she gets quite ill if she consumes gluten. The first time, which was several years ago, we received gluten free pasta but found regular pasta mixed in. Today, the same thing happened and the server admitted that the same cooking water for the traditional pasta had been used to cook the gf pasta. The kitchen staff has clearly not been trained or educated properly in regards to food allergies.

Ordered the Farfalle, gluten free of course, was served regular pasta and had taken several bites before being told it was not correct. Was told after that all their gluten free pasta is spiral, so beware!!!

Very excited to have a new "safe" chain restaurant to eat at. They have GF items marked in their menu (including pasta dishes!). They have a safety protocol for ordering, they do GF button on the order plus handwriting a ticket that the manager oversees in the kitchen. I had the steak Diane and substituted french fries for mashed potatoes since they have a dedicated fryer too. Delish! 🥰

I came with my girls for a vacation. We visited the Bayshore location. My eldest daughter has Celiac disease. She had the GF 4 cheese pasta, with a balsamic house salad, and stuffed mushrooms without the sauce. They added a marinara sauce instead. For dessert had the hot fudge Sunday, without the whipped cream, it's not gluten-free. My daughter says everything was delicious 😋

I'm reviewing the one in the Cambridgeside mall. They have a gf Godiva chocolate cheesecake which is really good. I think they have another gf cheesecake now too, it might be at the bottom of their showcase making it hard to find. I've gotten the Godiva cheesecake semi-frequently and never had any issues - you can let them know you have an allergy when you ask for it. I ate the actual meal food about twice and didn't have issues with that either. You are able to just walk in and order a slice of cheesecake to go, it is quick and convenient.

I got a spicey alfredo pasta that was supposedly gluten free. They put tortilla chip strips on the top that I suspect were not as I am extremely itchy now. Furthermore the sauce was just spicey with zero creme or parmessean. Definitely not an alfredo. Drinks were also tiny. I won't be back to a cheese cake factory.

Wonderful! My favorite dish Miso Salmon can be made gluten-free! And my favorite appetizer can be made gluten-free: Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes! Very delicious & I didn’t get sick! All I had to do was specify gluten free to the waiter, when my meal was brought out to me it was emphasized gluten free as they put it down…it was reassuring & kind. I’m happy about my eats there!

My family and I made online reservations and were seated immediately upon arrival. I ordered the GF Loco Moco. I have been wanting Loco Moco since arriving in Hawaii, and I typically can't get it because the beef gravy is made with flour.
Loco Moco is a traditional Hawaiian dish with an egg or two over a hamburger patty which all rests on top of a bed of white rice. It includes a rich, beef gravy which brings it all together.
The version that's made here includes a large beef patty which is almost 2 patties together, grilled white onions, 2 sunnyside eggs on top, and a large bed of white rice. Surrounding it is a rich, flavorful beef gravy with Shiitake mushrooms. The gravy is NOT made with flour, and the GF precautions taken are that they change gloves.
It was very delicious, and I took half of it to go because of the large portion size.

I was pleasantly surprised eating here, as chains can be scary but my experience was great! I got a spicy chipotle chicken pasta dish which was very tasty and I felt very safe. The waiter even told us that a chef accidentally put crisps on the dish and that they would remake it(they did not bring out the messed up dish at all). Really nice experience

My husband and I ate dinner there last night. There was a glitch in the kitchen and they gave my gluten-free tacos to someone else, so they brought out a (free) salad for me while they made new tacos—which were delicious! The server could not have been better! She was very attentive and ensured I received the correct dish. They also comped my cheesecake to make up for the long wait. I will go back!

I have eaten at CF before, but this time I got VERY sick. I had the Shepherd’s Pie and the GF Godiva chocolate cheesecake. Both were marked as gluten free, but I have seen other comments about the cheesecake. I will not go back. It’s not worth the risk of feeling that miserable.

I went to this location last week and ordered the four cheese pasta. I told her I was sensitive to cross contamination and asked if the pasta was cooked in the same water as regular pasta and if so I would order something else. She said no it is cooked in a separate pot. I was sick an hour after eating it and was sick the rest of the day. I'm not sure if they used the same strainer or if something else happened but I went at a time when it wasn't super busy, lunch and spoke about my allergy at length with my waitress so I just think cross contamination is a problem here.

I’m not sure about the safety and I doubt if they have a separate area for gluten free food but being gluten intolerant this worked out ok for us. There were some options but not too many. I had the beet and avocado salad with chicken. It was very good and although not too much t was filling and tasted great.

Asked our server skinnylicious chopped salad to be gluten free. They would need to change to dressing. Also asked about fries, if they had a dedicated fryer or not.
He said he would check with kitchen and came back to tell me they could not make the chopped salad gluten free and that they do not have a dedicated fryer, but it is set at a higher temperature and that would “eradicate” any cross contamination.
We are from south Florida and the Sunrise location has accommodated me every time and has a dedicated fryer for gluten free meals.
I am so disappointed and surprised a location with international customers would not offer better accommodations.
