I eat here occasionally and don’t get sick but I think my waitress last night was confused. I ordered the lowlicious cheesecake which says GF upon request, and she was like it’s already Gf, and I was like then why does it say upon request in the menu? So it came with a crust and I ate it and have no idea!

My previous review was really bad on this place. And I don’t mean just this location, I mean everywhere. But I just went again and they had gluten free buns, fries, etc. Best thing, and the cheesecake is amazing like always. Definitely go again!
The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
I have a sensitivity and this was one if the first places i ate. I was disappointed and almost discouraged at the amount of gluten free options. It was like 4 meals and only 2 cheesecakes.
I have found out I have been gluten sensitive for awhile and can’t eat wheat now without getting very sick. They show that some of the food is gluten free and safe, but I wanted to let people know NOT to believe them when they say they have separate fryers for gluten free customers. They may change this in the future, but for when I went I had been lied to about them using separate fryers and had gotten sick from the food. I’d be careful about going here.
Staff tries their best but it’s not a dedicated prep and I got some cross contamination despite the server’s efforts.
No
Had a nice gluten free brunch. Not a ton of brunch options but they were friendly and helpful and took gf seriously.
Good food and large GF menu. Most locations have buns for burgers and dedicated fryers. Always ask tho.
Cheesecake is always safe for me.

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.
There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference

Tried to order a gluten free four cheese pasta for my Celiac daughter. When asked if they cook the pasta in separate water and use separate utensils, they said unfortunately they cook it in the same water as gluten pasta and they can’t use separate water. :(
