I have noticed it has gone downhill when it comes to Being taken seriously when it says gluten-free. I have tried to eat here many times (when I used to work there) and I get sick every time whether it’s a salad, burger or pasta. I have said some thing to not only the kitchen managers but also my regular managers and nothing has changed. Don’t want my fellow celiac’s getting sick. Don’t get me wrong it’s a great restaurant and has great food and I loved working there just wish the kitchen took it seriously.

I ordered from DoorDash as I am away on business with no way to get around(the hotel didn’t have a microwave). I’ve just in the last 6 months discovered I am unable to have Gluten without serious consequences. I am still new and unsure of how much cross contamination impacts me, so I’m not an expert, especially while away.
I ordered from here as there are multiple designations that say gluten free. When the bag got here there was blatant disregard to everything being ordered gluten free, they put bread in the bag right on top of fries that were not sealed, they had croutons on the salad (even crossed out the gluten free on the receipt attached.) I ate the burger as per pictures it did look like a gluten free bun. It was obviously a mistake as I am already feeling extremely bloated

One mention of allergies throws the kitchen in a head spin and they play it safe to the point where it's almost insulting.
The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
I let the server know I was gluten free - coeliac multiple times so she would get my order right and I confirmed with her again before my meals came out and she still gave me the gluten cheesecake instead of the gluten free one

I went here and ordered a gluten free burger and bun. The food came with a gluten bun. I sent it back as I noticed it wasn’t gluten free. I woke up sick as a dog for two days. If you’re sensitive don’t eat here. Even after the gluten free bun change I still got sick.

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.
There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference
