The fryer is NOT dedicated. Tukwila one is!
Have been eating here with family since I was a kid and have never had an issue with eating gluten free. They have a gf menu and staff is very knowledgeable. They have gf pasta, buns, and many more options. It is a busy chain, so there's always some risk but based off my experience this is a reliable option.
The servers I spoke to all seemed to know a lot about celiac and they had protocols in place already to keep me safe. I had the four cheese pasta which was delicious and they even have a flourless chocolate cheesecake!

Ate here for dinner last night and had a great experience! We let our server know of our allergies/food issues as we ordered and had no issues afterward! We even got dessert! They had a dedicated fryer.
They have gluten free burgers and put your fries in a dedicated fryer which is way more than you can expect from most chains!
This restaurant is not there anymore. All boarded up even though still active on Google.
Good gf options to choose from, but I'd opt for a sandwich or appetizer and stay away from the pasta - they haven't quite figured out how to prevent cross contamination, and I actually found a regular pasta noodle in a GF pasta dish. No problems with any other menu items though and I eat here regularly.
Waitress was great. Unfortunately I got glutened from the pasta that was suppose to be gluten free. If you have Celiacs I recommend stay away.
Most of the servers have been helpful in identifying good flavored gf food on their menu. menus have been update and reflect gluten free options. have eaten there twice due to conference and will continue to go back.
Excellent service, had tamale cakes, Mexican lettuce wraps, and cheeseburger with fries (shared with family)! So good. Ordered orange juice and was sad it was $4 but it turned out to be fresh squeezed and worth every penny!

Había muchas opciones sin tacc. Me pareció que eran bastante consientes de las implicaciones. Te ofrecen pan sin tacc para acompañar la comida pero es pan de hamburguesa (rico). La pasta es tan rica que no se nota que es sin gluten.
Gluten free menu are marked. Waiter is knowledgeable. Been there multiple times and celiac child has been asymptomatic
I had green chicken chili enchilada, and I was GF and delicious. Staff was knowledgeable and respectful.
I had the GF Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake and the Chicken and Roasted Garlic Pasta. It was all very yummy.
The grilled salmon was amazing! I also had cheesecake that was delicious!
