They cook gluten free food separately and have a dedicated freyer for fries! They mark your meal with a purple pick to mark that this is an allergen free meal! Super nice too!

Wonderful experience. Talked to the manger and she made sure every area was clean, gloves were worn and waiter brought gluten feed food out with gloves on. Felt very safe and daughter enjoyed her meal.
Went again on 3/9/24…. Staff was incredible. Manager Adam worked personally with us. My celiac daughter felt very comfortable eating here again and felt great after!

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Said I had a gluten allergy and waitress immediately said she would take care of it. The food was great too.

I had the GF bun with hamburger and GF fries. I feel fine so that’s good. The restaurant is not the cleanest and they seem quite short staffed, so I was nervous the whole time. Probably won’t go back to this one.

They specifically asked if it was an allergy, told me they mark it as such and they use an entire separate cooking kit with separate utensils to prepare the gluten free meals and have a separate space in the kitchen for it.

A few weeks ago I had a craving for a burger (turkey for me), and the experience of having a burger in a burger restaurant. I checked this app and saw the local Red Robin had good reviews, I hadn’t been to a Red Robin in at least 5 years but I was open to going if the experience would be celiac friendly. And I was not disappointed! A gluten free bun, a staff knowledgeable about celiac and the dangers of cross-contamination, and amazing food! I had a turkey burger and sweet potato fries (since they have dedicated fryers) and I have literally gone back 3 times already for the same meal. A celiac must visit!

This is one of the best Red Robin locations I have visited. The staff is always very informed on their gluten-free options and quick to point out that they have a dedicated fryer. They take Celiac disease seriously. I have eaten here several times now on trips back and forth to see family in the Chicago area and never gotten sick.

Excellent first experience. Waiter was fabulous. Staff helped us find Gluten free options. Will return!
I’ve been to other RRs in different states and never had a problem but this location wasn’t the best. The GF bun on my burger was tough for some reason but doable and they never got my fries correct. Normally when I order GF fries they come without the seasoning salt and I just have to put that on myself at the table but both times I ordered my fries they had seasoning salt on them and smelt of fried food (like fried breaded chicken fingers) so I didn’t eat them. Not sure if the GF fries use a dedicated fryer or not but when they were seasoned and smelt weird I decided to play it safe and not eat them, bummer.
Well, I am a Hugh RR fan, but today it's a different story. I just ordered a tavern burger on a GF bun, no sauce with provolone cheese and it came out with American cheese. So they put in a rush order and I got my burger but I think they used the same bun cause it was hard now. I ordered a house margarita and was drinking it when a different waitress came over with a new margarita and said that the one I was drinking didn't look like a house margarita so she swapped them out. Crazy shit has been happening at this RR.
Yes
Worst Red Robin I have ever been to. Gluten free bun was so hard I couldn't even eat it and had so many with all of our meal and service. So many gf places in area...just skip this one.
Yes
Celiac friendly for sure. No problems, kind staff
I have eaten at this location more than once. I love the DGB burger on a gf bun as well as safe fries. Safe for Celiacs
I have had several good experiences here. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and always take my order seriously. Make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that

Staff seems very confused about gluten free fries. Used to have to order them without ‘seasoning’, but last visit I was told that ALL of the fries are now gluten free, even with seasoning. The confusion seems limited to this location. Even the manager wasn’t all that reassuring. If you’re celiac, beware...

Only got fries but they were good with no noticeable gluten reaction and server was very nice. They announced gf fries with pick and bottomless so again with new basket.
