Told had an ALLERGY to gluten. Still served a salad with croutons. Sent it back, said they'd make a new salad. Not uncommon. But then they brought back the SAME salad, croutons picked off, but still covered in visual crumbs! Burger was good, is the only reason not getting 1 star.
My waitress reassured me that everything I was ordering was gluten free and that they fried the fries in a separate fryer, but when a different waitress brought them out I questioned her about it and she was very clueless but just said yes anyway. I was very very sick afterwards and would definitely not say it’s celiac friendly.
No
it says gluten free and I have eaten there for two years with no problem but the last 3 times I've gotten sick. .I question each time about cooking and told every thing they do was told all French fries are gluten free..what.!!?? so maybe they need more training but will not eat there again. be careful! 1

Red Robin has gluten free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free fries. Please verify with your server.
The staff at this location is excellent. They are always very careful after I tell them I can't have gluten due to Celiac Disease. I normally order their chicken sandwich on a gf bun with fries (they are cooked in a separate frier) and it is delicious! I eat there all the time and haven't had any reactions.

iPad menue to show options. Waitresses are very acomidating. Dedicated gluten free fryer for fries. Manager even came and explained their GF cooking process. Finally feel like can enjoy eating out again.
My favorite place to eat! I love the gf buns and fries, the staff are always helpful when asked questions. I am also allergic to dairy and have never had a reaction. Spot on, thanks!!
General manager came over to our table (neice has celiac) and told us about their special prep area, gluten free fryer and had an iPad with everything we could order. They cook their burgers initially on a rotisserie type grill that is ver safe. We just had them run ours twice and skip the flat grill to avoid any cross contamination. Server was very nice and helpful
I am super sensitive Celiac and I reacted to something, or I'd give 5. It wasn't a big reaction, but still enough I was in pain and dealing with the repercussions. They have an iPad you can ask for, put all your allegories into, and it will tell you what on the menu you can have. They also have gluten free buns. I would recommend to those not as sensitive as I am, and will try again in a few months.

great staff very knowlegable about celiac. food great also.
Really good burgers. They even have gluten free buns that are really good. They accommodate gf people really well! Over all it was great!
I didn't try the gluten free buns, I opted for the lettuce wrap instead. I was very appreciative to be able to enjoy fries and garlic aioli. Everyone else in party ate gluten, because they can, and they took a nap when they got home.

They will claim over and over again they have safe practices and a dedicated fryer, then send you home with fries that have onion ring crumbs in them, or forget to put gf buns on your burger. 0/10
