Oh YAY!! Sometimes you just want a sandwich that someone else prepares. I’m so thrilled to find another spot even closer to me and now I’m obsessed. I had the monte cristo GF and a salad and it was sooooo good.
That moment when they tell you the crispy shallots are gluten free because they know firsthand what it’s like to get home with your order and freak out not knowing if something is safe- it’s amazing to order food from people who get it. And my sandwich was SO GOOD!!

Every item on the menu can be made gluten free. The staff are all trained thoroughly to prevent cross contamination, they have an area for gluten free preparation. One of the owners of this food truck has celiac, so they understand how everything needs to be prepared for customers.
They have lots of sandwich options, salad, and even gluten free macaroni and cheese!! Definitely worth it!
