Review of 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria

I have suspected celiacs or a gluten allergy that cannot be confirmed. I have only been to this location, but I have never been disappointed or had an issue with the 6 times I have been here over the past year. Have gluten free pizza crust and most toppings are gluten free. Staff is very knowledgeable about cross contamination and grab fresh ingredients from the back and have a dedicated pizza cutter. The owner has a true passion for quality in his food gluten free and non gluten free.

Will return again and again. My favorites are the garlic cheese bread and anything with the pesto sauce on it.
