Review of 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria

Staff is coached on washing hands and changing gloves but the sauce and cheese and other toppings are pulled from the same containers as the regular pizzas (sauce is dipped and spread with the same utensil...completely contaminated). There was no dedicated prep area either. Pizza was probably delicious but I'm fairly certain I would have been terribly ill after. Unfortunately not Celiac safe.
