Extreme measures taken to prevent cross contamination, a separate chef cooks your food and brings it to you personally. Everything on their menu is able to be made gluten free with like 3 exceptions, all gluten free foods are marked on a separate menu (tons of options 30+) I got Cod wrapped in prosciutto with risotto and onion rings as well as an amazing dip and chips to start. Service was phenomenal, staff go above and beyond.
