They use a separate fryer for fries so there is no cross contam. Staff is friendly, nice environment with a section for the bar and a section for the restaurant. We had the pulled pork sandwich, and a grilled cheese. Both were delicious. We did ask for a hotdog but they said they didn't have GF hotdog buns, which was disappointing. Definitely recommend otherwise.

SO GOOD Finding a gotta burger joint with fries, sides and such to satisfy both my celiac self and non GF friends can be a challenge. The food was GREAT with so many choices. I will absolutely be back!

At 11:11 Burgers, we take pride in having the best gluten free selection in Fond du Lac—and we might even have the best anywhere around the state!
We have an entire menu dedicated to gluten free and vegan options at our restaurant. We also have six deep fryers, one that is used for ONLY French fries to avoid any cross contamination.
When a customer comes in and tells us they have an allergy, all precautions are taken. Gloves are changed, brand new utensils are used and we even clean a space of our flattop grill to minimize any risk of cross contamination.
We have countless customers who appreciate our ability to serve and provide gluten free options, we’re excited to keep growing and keep offering the best gluten free selection around.

Food was amazing and they have a huge list of options. Dedicated flyer too for fries and offer Friday night fish that is GF! Staff was very knowledgeable - will be back for sure!

Asked for the GF menu and all staff were very knowledgeable, noting that fries were in a separate GF fryer without us even asking. Burgers and fries were amazingly good ... the gf buns were the best we've ever had. Friendly staff and an upscale diner vibe to the dining area with all booths for seating. Did not get sick. Will definitely be going back!
