1201 Bagels

I stopped at this place on a road trip after riding it in the app. It is a little walk up window or drive through with some tables out front. Staff very friendly. GF bagel breakfast sandwich was tasty and filling and no signs of gluten poisoning! They have GF bagels so any of their sandwiches can be made gluten free

Gluten free bagels are made off-site and come prepackaged. When I asked them to take precautions to avoid cross contact the order-taker seemed familiar with the request - she knew to change gloves, etc. If you don't want to risk the bagel they have other GF options, but the menu isn't marked.

It's a walk-up or drive thru place - no inside seating.

I loved 1201 Bagels before I had to go gluten free and was so excited to find that they can put any of their bagel options on a gluten free bagel. The taste is still great and the texture is fine. I take a gluten digestive enzyme before I eat here and I'm okay, but I'm not certain that it's celiac friendly.
