Food today was amazing. Freshly made to order salad. Delicious soup. Will definitely be back!! I inquired about the huervos rancheros and she would cook the egg/ meal in it's own clean pan. She ensures everything is cleaned where the preparation area is. She also noted she does not have any free roaming flour in the back, so no worries about flour lingering. Menu marked for GF and vegan. You can also ask, as the items of the day may be GF (all her soups were).
