Although they clearly label their products, 16 Handles switches machines from using GF to non-GF frozen yogurt mix. Therefore, you cannot rely on the product ingredients alone. Also, sometimes the shared dispenser has one GF flavor and one not GF, so they mix in the spout. I have Celiac's and their GF frozen yogurt was definitely cross- contaminated, as I did react to it. I cannot go there.

GF is always marked, on the machines and on the toppings. I took my chances with the toppings and got slightly glutened. To keep safe, I’m not going to get toppings anymore if I return.

My first time there last night. Like others said, the ice cream machines are clearly marked so I was excited about that, but I should have trusted my gut that they would probably cause cross-contamination as they looked like they aren’t cleaned very well.
I tried a few flavors, and decided not to do any toppings, as there were crumbs and shared tongs everywhere.
Woke up today with the dreaded gluten wrap around head migraine. Maybe others will be more lucky than me!
Also, the price was insanely high.
