Review of 1878 on the Lake

The manager seemed quite knowledgeable about gluten and I felt comfortable giving this place a try. There were several gluten free entree options available. I had the walleye with a beurre blanc sauce and mushroom risotto with a side of broccolini. Confirmed gluten free on my NIMA.
