Staff are knowledgeable about celiac and cross contact. That said, they routinely consult with the chef to confirm which menu items are GF or can be adapted to GF. Always ask if an item can be adapted, as most of the time it can! We have had many delicious meals here. Unfortunately they do not have a dedicated fryer, so no fries with your burger.
