The owner, Suzanna, is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. We messaged her on WhatsApp (on the website) ahead of our September visit, and she went above and beyond to not only keep me safe, but also provide me some of the most delicious meals of my life. I got to try so many authentic Cantonese and British-style Chinese dishes, and legit cried at feeling normal and adventurous for the first time since my celiac diagnosis. There’s dedicated gf equipment to cook celiac-safe foods, lovingly imported celiac-safe ingredients stores in plastic boxes and cellophane wrapping to prevent cross contact, and chefs use fresh gloves. She even personally oversaw the cooking and made sure to be there during our pre-scheduled visits. If you are willing to plan ahead, message her in advance what days/times you want to eat there, and she can open up even more of the menu than normal to be celiac-safe.

Staff were great - so attentive and kind. I listed the ingredients I couldn't have and they replaced flour with almond flour for a recipe and used gluten free soy sauce. They even brought pieces of lettuce out when the rest of the table got duck so I could make wraps too (minus the sauce). Food was delicious. They could make most meat/veggie dishes gluten free.
