This place was AMAZING and the staff knew as much about celiac disease and food prep as I do. I was so impressed. EVERYTHING they put in their fryer is celiac safe. They said the risk of cross contamination from having multiple dryers and a mistake being made is just too high. The owners son has celiac disease and she’s clearly done a wonderful job training her staff on how to accommodate other celiacs. Worth the hour drive from Athens.
