It was so nice to have such a safe place to eat! Really great experience. I am also vegetarian so there was only one taco option. It was a little bland, but overall still good.

The flavor of their food. Omg this food is unmet by any other dedicated gluten free place I have ever been to. Hell this taste better then any gluten place I had before I knew I had celiac. One of the owners has celiac which makes this a safe place to eat. I am very sensitive and did not get sick. I wish I could’ve had more room in my stomach because this food is truly amazing. Literally try everything you can’t go wrong !

My favorite GF spot. Family-owned by celiacs. Great variety of tacos, great atmosphere, so friendly. Eat on a double decker bus (or inside when cold). 100% trustworthy and understanding of celiac. Arabian Nights (falafel) taco is the best, but they’re all good!

Miriam (the owner) is one of the best, was as excited about meeting me as I was her, tried three tacos and the frenchies, so awesome to just say I’m Celiac and get a hug and not have to worry about food prep. Plenty of parking (lot) for being downtown, patio area with fire pit, indoor seating, and of course the double decker bus. Check it out, enjoy, and be happy. Coming to this place has been one of the best experiences I’ve had since having celiac. The owner is so kind and talked to us for a while about her celiac journey and why she opened the truck. I’m from the south and I asked about her fried chicken batter and she gave me a Kentucky taco to try! The food was delicious and sitting on top of the double decker bus was such a neat experience. Will definitely be returning next time I visit.

Based on all the reviews, I went to 1923 for some dinner taco's. I was not disappointed. We met the owner's (and daughter who was a mini host) who were so pleasant and are understanding since they have a celiac family member.

The food was fantastic and we would have ordered more, except the kitchen had closed.

IMPORTANT NOTE - They close at 7PM, not 8PM as listed on their website. Their FB site says 7PM and it was the reason we could not order more food as we arrived just before 7.

We had lunch here today. I got the Kentucky Derby, the Caribbean Queen and Voyage to Atlantis tacos. We also tried the queso, falafel and frenchies. The Yoyage to Atlantis taco was a favorite for everyone at the table. The chicken was a little dry on the other two tacos. The grilled pineapple was great. I’m from the south so I wasn’t a fan of the queso. But the frenchies and falafel were good.

The tacos are soooo good and the owners are so nice and have celiac too. They will have rolled ice cream at some point this year. I love the Caribbean Queen and Kentucky Derby tacos!! I’ll be going there a lot this summer! So thankful for this place!

Hands down some of the best food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. And I’ve eaten at tons of restaurants throughout the country. Each taco has incredible and unique flavor composition. We all got three different tacos and were all blown away.

Everything is gluten free! And they’re very careful if you have other food allergies. The owner was really nice and understanding. I’m so excited to see how the restaurant expands and am going to eat all the tacos.

Finally! A cute little food truck for us celiacs! The owner and her daughter have Celiac and have been very very careful to prepare food they'd feel comfortable with eating. I got the Nashville taco, Seoul taco, and classico, as well as an order of fries. I can't wait to try the wings once they're back in stock!

The best tacos the wife and I have ever had, and the queso has ruined all other queso for me. Both owners were unfailingly polite, and as mentioned in another review the facility is entirely gluten free.

This place is incredible!! Dedicated gluten free establishment. I spoke to the owner (I think) over the phone, and he told me that his wife and daughter have celiac. He assured me that gluten does not enter the premises. I was so excited that I ordered every single taco on the menu to try. I loved all of them!!!
