1943 Pizza Bar

We loved this place before being diagnosed with celiac and went regularly. The regular pizza is amazing. They do offer a GF pizza on the menu but after speaking with the restaurant they let us know that unfortunately it is not celiac safe due to shared prep area and oven.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

— Not at all

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Not Much/None

The gluten free pizza was phenomenal! I have been GF for 15 years and i never had better pizza. They listened and understood my dietary needs. They warned of possible crossover contamination in the pizza oven before ordering. Overall if you are not celiac but gluten sensitive you should be fine.
