Would not recommend to celiac people.

Poutine is identified as gluten free, but not a dedicated fryer. Celiac and others will have a reaction if they eat the fries.

Even after mentioning celiac/gluten allergy, I got my plate with bread.

The staff is nice, but I do not believe the kitchen cares.
