This place is great! Went two days in a row. Sandwiches are phenomenal- staff is super knowledgeable due to family members having celiac.

Not joking when I say the Big Bridge was the BEST and only deli sandwich I’ve had since my celiac diagnosis 4.5 years ago. The cole slaw on the sandwich brought it to the next level. The gf roll was soft and tasted like the real thing. I will definitely eat here again! So good!

Fantastic deli with Udi’s roll or wrap. Very knowledgeable about gluten and dairy free. I chose the wraps with ham, turkey, coleslaw, and dressing. All was confirmed GF & DF & was delicious! They prepare all GF sandwiches on a gluten free board.

The staff is super knowledgable, and friendly, and some even have gluten intolerances/allergies themselves. They have a wide variety of options for sandwiches, and a dedicated space for the gf sandwiches. Overall very happy!!!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Delicious GF sandwiches and amazing owners. They even offered to guide us to other GF restaurants in the area. We will definitely be back.

The staff is very aware of celiac and gluten intolerances! All meats are gluten feee, so many gluten free chips and snack sorta things too! They have two choices of bread and a dedicated area to making the gluten free sandwiches!

This is the best place I have gone since being diagnosed with Celiac disease! Not only was the staff incredibly knowledgeable, but they took the time to give me great celiac pointers and tips of foods to try (and avoid)since the owner has celiac disease himself. The sandwich was by far the best I’ve had since being diagnosed, and they use Boars Head meat which is always GF. They had GF ice cream cones and great ice cream too! I could go on and on. This place is incredible in every way!!

Didn't think I'd be able to get a great deli sandwich after diagnosis until I found this place! To gf round rolls are really very good and sandwiches are excellent! They even have gf I've cream cones!

Sweetest little shop. Owner and his daughter have celiac, so they understand the deal. They offer vegan cheese (not die-ya), GF ice cream (try the Campfire S'mores!), AND GF cones for the ice cream. Swing by and support your community, or make sure you make a pit stop if you're passing through. You won't regret it!

Didn't think I would ever get a good "sub" again after the diagnosis of Celiac's then discovered this deli. Although they have only GF breads and no sub rolls, the sandwiches are delicious, the bread fresh and they use Boar's Head meats with a variety of add- ons and dressings They are knowledgeable, helpful and even pack the GF items in separate bags from regular subs. We plan on making this a weekly take home meal!

Very knowledgeable about Celiac and the importance of not having any cross contamination. Serve Boar's Head meat, which is all gluten free. I was also impressed that when my young son with celiac and type 1 diabetes ordered ice cream, they had gluten free cones and also measured the ice cream so I could have an accurate carb count. They also take great care in labeling the gf ice creams and to use a clean scooper each time to avoid cross contamination. We will be back!

Family that owns and operates it struggles with gluten free living as well; so they have personal experience and understand the health issues. Very friendly as well!!

20 Below was an amazing addition to downtown Plattsburgh! The staff there is very knowledgable about cross contamination, and they prepare gf options at a totally different station. They even sometimes have gf desserts and ice cream cones. I stop there whenever I'm in town.

Stopped there during our vacation on the way back towards the ferry to Vermont and was not disappointed. I have two with celiac's and both were over-the-top with the sandwiches. The owners were fantastic, and have a total understanding of celiac's with having a relative with the disease. If you remember what it's like to have a great deli sandwich before the subways and D'Angelo's you are going to love this place. While you're there try the Smore's treat my son loved it.
