I went in here right after they first opened to vet the menu for gluten free options. The owner/manager/proprietor didn't even seem to know what gluten was, so I explained what it was and went on to inform him that a lot of people are allergic to gluten and that having "gluten free" options would be a good idea. Shortly thereafter I noticed that they had put up a "gluten free" sign on their door which, to be honest, seemed like total BS because I knew that the owner didn't even know what gluten was a week or two prior. I have never been back, but I am not at all surprised by the other reviewer's experience. I legitimately think he just slapped gluten free signage on his door and called it good. Reckless.

Claimed that Pho was gluten free. Unfortunately, I got very sick after eating it. Staff seems confused on what gluten is. After our meal, the waiter asked why I hadn’t eaten the egg rolls. He then seemed surprised I said they had gluten/wheat, and replied... “well, maybe only a little gluten”.
