I heard a lot of good things from non-GF people about this place--mainly that it had a lot of GF selections. I was disappointed by a limited number of items. I was told they get shipped in items from a bakery, and the other items were pre-packaged things from Udis and such, in other words, things I could buy at the store myself...I ordered a GF breakfast sandwich and was shocked to watch them microwave a frozen pre-made egg patty as well as some bacon. They put it on an Udi's bagel and the egg was still cold in the center and around the center. Really disappointed with that...Nature's Grocer in Vernon has WAY more selection, they bake the goods themselves, and they serve an amazing GF breakfast on weekends. Much more worth it than this place, which would've been great for convenience but it falls short on too many levels.

There was 1 shelf of gluten free that had 5 desserts that were GF free. Was hoping for a menu with food but just pre made sandwiches Mulah

This is the most fabulous cafe I've ever been to! It's amazing to have a place where my daughter who has Celiac disease can go and not get sick! Everything is delicious!

Everything is gluten free, fresh and delicious. Friendly staff. Café atmosphere is very appealing. Sit outside and enjoy the Windsor greenery.

Wonderful atmosphere of local artwork and live jazz every other Saturday, with streaming jazz, blues, and swing throughout the week. The menu is 100% gluten-free including syrups for flavoring the coffee. Everything is delicious from baked goods to in house made salads and sandwiches and wraps.
