This place no longer has gluten free cheesecake. We went way out of our way for this, and they don't carry it. :(

They use a shared kitchen but take utmost care to use clean workspaces and cookware!

Any cheesecake can be ordered as gluten free, and as a very sensitive celiac I’ve never had an issue with cross contamination. You usually can only preorder full gluten-free cheesecakes, the individual slices are not gluten free.
