I am celiac and dairy allergic. There are a few salads you could order to be allergy-friendly (ie Cobb Salad minus cheese with vinegar and oil dressing), but overall they don't "get it." I was very polite in clear in asking that "wheat allergy" be written on the ticket (I find it's more effective than saying no gluten or celiac because allergy doesn't sound like an option) and though the salad was prepared properly, they stuck pita bread on it!
