Are there ANY places in Wausau that know that gluten-free DOES NOT mean ONLY salads?! Seriously? Please, get educated. People with gluten allergies and celiac CAN eat meat, vegetables, fruits, rice, and some limited grains. But, even if they cannot eat a lot of grains, it's not that difficult to cook without them. I'm pretty sure most of us would comment that we do it every day. Frustrating.
