I got a hamburger with a GF bun. There is an extra $4.00 charge and the bun was so tough that I made a mess trying to cut my burger in half. I think I will take my own bun in the future since I really do like 28 Springs.

I didn't see on their menu there is a gf bun option for the burgers but when I asked the waitress if there were gf options she said yes she couldn't tell me specifically what were all the options. I ordered the mushroom burger w/gf bun. The burger was super red so specify how you like your burger cooked. I asked about the fries if they were cooked in their own fryer. Waitress couldn't tell me but she asked the chef and came back with it's gf. Waitress was good, food was meh, establishment was very nice and the greeter was rude. I didn't have a reaction (celiac) but I also didn't eat much of the food unfortunately.

Nice sit down restaurant with a lot of gluten free items on the menu. The pork chop was tough, but everything else was good.
LOVED this place!!!! The atmosphere was so neat and the food was amazing!! I am not celiac but am gluten sensitive and they had a variety of gf options - from fried pickle slices, to several yummy entrees (including some amazing sandwhiches on homemade gf bread) to three delicious desserts (the angel food cake with strawberries was YUMMY!!!). The wait staff was super attentive and the manager came by to check on us. FIVE Stars all around!!
Had salmon on cedar plank, gf bread, spinach dip. Staff was very helpful but still had a reaction to something.
I mentioned I had Celiac and they promised to take extra precautions, only to end up grilling my gluten free bun on the same grill as the other buns. Also, they charge a $4 upcharge for gluten free bread or hamburger buns that are about half the size of normal buns, yet you can buy an entire loaf from them for $9. Some significant changes need to be made before I ever visit here again.

Food was just okay. The fried items on the menu labeled GF are actually cooked in the same fryer as non-GF foods! I was very disappointed, after being excited to try the supposedly GF items.
Excellent food, knowledgeable waitstaff and kitchen. Very accommodating to our GF and Corn free needs for food and drinks.
