I had the Detroit style pizza, which seems to always be gluten free. It reminded me of a bisquick crust but tasted good. Detroit style is cheese and toppings directly on crust and then sauce on top, the sauce was too much for me to I scraped most of it off and would probably order it without next time. The Pepperoni was so nice and crisp! Was not able to see the kitchen, so I can't speak to the set up.
