I have a reservation for next weekend and contacted the restaurant beforehand. The wonderful person I spoke with informed me that they have a dedicated fryer strictly for potatoes. She also assured me that any menu item can be made gluten-free.
They have a dedicated fryer. Truffle fries are a must! Salmon was prepared with precautions and brought out first. Service is always impeccable.
Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, very accommodating for dietary restrictions. There is a dedicated fryer - I recommend the fries! I had the gem lettuce salad with chicken on my most recent visit and it was perfect.
Safe french fries! They are knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. A few very lovely options on the menu, but sadly still no gluten free bread. Go for the vibes and the fries.

Excellent food, high end atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff.
Beautiful restaurant inside Restoration Hardware. Came for the view and less for the food. That said, they still need to offer more gluten free selections, especially for brunch. I had the arugula salad (delicious). Waitress asked if there were any allergies and said she’d flag for the kitchen which was appreciated.
The gluten free, dairy free selection was a bit limited. I got a really good shaved root vegetable salad with smoked salmon. They had sorbets for dessert. The room inside Restoration Hardware that the restaurant uses is beautiful.
