When I called the restaurant to ask if their fajitas were gluten-free, they said they were except that I should ask for corn instead of flour tortillas, which I did. The tortillas came separately wrapped but I thought they looked like flour versions so I did not risk eating them; however, I had no issues after eating the fajita innards, rice, and refried beans. This was a takeout order as part of a large group of wheat-eaters, so it seems the staff know something about cross-contamination.
