Zero cross contamination protection. All wraps, sandwiches and bagels made on the same counter and press with no cleaning between. I didn’t even eat the Gf wrap I got bc I was too nervous about cross contamination. Do not recommend if you are sensitive to cross contamination

3 Natives St. Lucie West offers gluten free salads & wraps however, the station where the food is built is extremely susceptible to cross contamination. Bread and bagels are stored above the vegetable bins and prep counters. Crumbs from bread and bagel sandwiches are just brushed to the end of the prep counter. There is no guard to protect those crumbs from going into the open vegetable containers, so even if you chose to get a salad instead of a wrap, there is a massive risk of cross contamination. Gluten free wraps are heated on the same press as gluten wraps. Then the gluten free wrap is placed naked on the prep counter where bread just was. There was absolutely no effort to make a gluten free meal. I probably should have demanded a refund but I just took my wrap and threw it out. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend eating there.

Go support these guys! We need more places that take gluten allergies seriously and these guys do! Everything on the menu can be made GF and it is delicious! I had the Thai chicken wrap with a GF wrap and it was terrific! I also tried the Calypso bowl and it was also very good. I had no reactions! Added bonus: the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I will be back! I suppose the only drawback was the upcharge for the GF wrap, but I’m sure they cost the restaurant more just like they do at the store.

Gluten and nut free granola available for amazing açaí bowls. They also have great salads and safe dressings. Can accommodate other allergies including soy and dairy.

I’ve had a great experience here. The first time I ordered a tuna wrap with GF tortilla & a Chronic açaí bowl. They were quick to ask me if it was a gluten allergy so they could be careful not to cross contaminate. The cashier also came out with the sauces they place in the wrap and asked me if they were safe for me to consume. He allowed me to read the ingredients. I can’t have soy either so I didn’t have the sauce. He also told me they would be replacing the granola in the açaí bowl with Gf granola. The 2nd visit was just as great. I ordered the Hawaiian hot pressed & the owner came out to ask me again if it was a gluten allergy & asked me if it was ok to have the wrap cold so there would be no cross contamination with any of their other gluten food items.
