the owner was so nice and informative. the fries are not fried, they are baked, gluten free, organic, and delicious! they had yummy pumpkin soup, also gluten free. this place is a French fry place so it's not where you would go for dinner. but the best snack ever!

They don't cut the potatoes on site. It's done at another facility. There is maltodextrin of unknown source and xanthan gum (gummy tummy!) in the soft serve. Almost all the sauces have white vinegar of unknown origin (could be from wheat). Didn't ask about the soups.
A food court stand in the mall trying to offer healthier options, which is commendable. I'm not sure they are safe, though. The food was really overpriced and underwhelming. If you're feeling nostalgic for the mall or county fair food, go for it.
