fanatic vegan and gluten free options. the chili cheese fries and the Thai chili sauce are so worth the trip. and they sell gluten free vegan girls gone vegan. yum

Very good chili cheese fries! Completely vegan and GF. Also, mostly organic and non-GMO. Delicious!

Celiac friendly?

They don't cut the potatoes on site. It's done at another facility. There is maltodextrin of unknown source and xanthan gum (gummy tummy!) in the soft serve. Almost all the sauces have white vinegar of unknown origin (could be from wheat). Didn't ask about the soups.

A food court stand in the mall trying to offer healthier options, which is commendable. I'm not sure they are safe, though. The food was really overpriced and underwhelming. If you're feeling nostalgic for the mall or county fair food, go for it.
