For sure a safe place for people with Celiac! But mainly only do potatoes. Have soup and gluten free wraps as well. Plus cold products, and little things. A quick and simple snack. Not very filling, but great staff!

Gluten free and organic fries. We had fries only. There may have been some gf ice cream options. Not exactly an entire meal but if you are a celiac don't miss this experience. Server did suggest they close early when no tourists so call ahead.

This place does baked fries, specialty sauces, and soups. They also sell GF cupcakes and chips, soda, juices, and desserts. Everything they make and sell is GF. They also list dairy free and vegan options. Every this is quick, hearty, and delicious!

They don't cut the potatoes on site. It's done at another facility. There is maltodextrin of unknown source and xanthan gum (gummy tummy!) in the soft serve. Almost all the sauces have white vinegar of unknown origin (could be from wheat). Didn't ask about the soups.

A food court stand in the mall trying to offer healthier options, which is commendable. I'm not sure they are safe, though. The food was really overpriced and underwhelming. If you're feeling nostalgic for the mall or county fair food, go for it.

100% gluten free at the mall. The Thai sauce is great.

Safe snacks at the mall! My daughter loved being able to get a soft serve twist on a cone.
