Food was good, but not confident it was GF as im having gluten symptoms only a few hours after dining. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with gf bun and was told there’s a dedicated gf fryer but the regular fries were not gf due to seasoning. I was assured tots and sweet potato were done in a dedicated fryer but im thinking the sweet potato were the issue.

Great selection of gf options. Staff are very knowledgeable about foods and handling. My daughter was excited about chicken tenders and they were very good. They have a dedicated fryer for gf food. They were very accommodating.

Me and my son have celiac. 3 squares is a very good restaurant with great options. Any place that has a GF menu gives me more confidence to eat there. One thing that was mentioned when I called there once (we have been there many times for dine in and take out), is that during busy times, it is best to double check with the server that fried orders are indeed made in the GF fryer.

We have only a handful of restaurants we go to with our Celiac daughter and this is definitely on the list! (And her favorite!) They have a Gluten Free menu which is very extensive (ask for it when you check in). They are super knowledgeable and helpful about cross contact and everything. We’ve had luck every time we go there!

They have a great gluten-free menu, compared to a lot of other places. Plenty of options. So far I’ve only had the fish tacos but they’re delicious every time.

The tater tots were good, but that’s about all I can say about this place. The device was not great, and our food was not great either for the price.

Good variety of gluten free on menu. Generous portions. Highly recommend making reservations. 45-60 minute wait for lunch on a Saturday...but worth the wait.

I got the short rib dip sandwich with sweet potato fries and it was great. Even had au jus dipping sauce! No reaction afterward. Couple different bread options for the sandwich too. Gluten free menu had lots of options which is always nice!

I cannot say enough about this restaurant. I LOVE that they have such a wide variety on their gluten free menu. They know about cross contamination and make sure your food is safe. They even have dedicated gluten free fryer and items you don’t see on other menus. It has become my husband and my go to for a casual and delightful dinner or brunch. The staff is also very friendly and professional. We love you 3Squares.

They had the separate GF menu ready, server reassured the fryer was dedicated and the person who delivered the food to the table was very clear which was GF. Yay, tatertots and burger!

First time at 3 Squares was great! I told them i had celiac and they gave me a gluten free menu and were clear about their methods to avoid contamination. Friendly and helpful, and the Salmon Scramble was delicious and I had no issues afterward!

My wife and daughter are celiac and I am gluten intolerant and went for the first time to 3 Squares. The staff was very knowledgeable on Celiac and other food allergies. They clearly marked the orders with celiac and gluten allergies. They do have a separate kitchen area , well versed in cross contamination, and a dedicated fryer They have a gluten-free menu. There was many gluten free options. I had the salmon and it was very good. Highly recommend them.

We called ahead to ask questions regarding their prep and ways in which they prevent cross contamination.
They were thorough, noted they have a dedicated menu and fryer. Our server was very knowledgeable and all the food was marked and gf and celiac so the kitchen staff were extra careful.
The gf menu is good. I enjoyed the fish tacos. They have a lovely outdoor patio that highly recommend. All and all, a great option for Celiacs living in the west metro.

I was surprised how large the GF menu was - there are apps, entrees and even dessert choices. There’s a dedicated fryer for tots and fries. Staff is knowledgeable in GF options. My daughter and I both have celiac and we felt just fine after our meals. I ordered a burger and sweet potato fries and my daughter had Mac and cheese - both delish! The also serve Heinz ketchup too.

I ordered the velveeta cheese burger that comes on a gf bun and tater tots that are supposed to be gf, cooked in a dedicated fryer. I tested the burger and tater tots in my nima gf tester. The burger tested good but the tater tots did not. I don't know if the tots get flash fried before or if the "dedicated fryer" got contaminated.

For appetizers our table ordered deviled eggs, sweet potato fries and Brussels sprouts. I ordered carnitas tacos and received a brownie for my birthday. It was great. I have celiac disease and I did not get sick

The staff knew exactly what they were talking about as far as gluten free went. They avoided cross contamination as well!

I have eaten here twice and loved every bite. The staff is very knowledgeable of celiac restrictions and helpful with suggestions.

Decided to try something because I had some time to waste and wanted breakfast. It was a mistake. The service was good but the food was average at best. The hash browns and eggs were greasy and the food was bland. Unfortunately there is an up-charge for GF. I also think that the eggs may have something added to them because I left the restaurant feeling sick. The service was good though and lunch or dinner may be different. It's neutral in my book.

We've had dinner here twice. We appreciate their attention to GF needs. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about what is GF. The fish tacos can be made with corn tortillas and are delicious. They also have GF beer. Only issue is they charge you more for GF tacos, bread and pasta and don't tell you. Just shows up on your bill. Unethical.
Yes
had good gluten free pasta and burgers. didnt have a chance to try it but they have gluten free French toast.
Food was good but not a good experience at all! They do have a GF menu but our server knew nothing about the questions I had. Said they will bake the fries for you so you can have them but our waiter told us it takes 30 mins and their way too busy tonight?! Also there are quite a few items on the GF menu that after asking questions found out they are actually not really GF and many are put in the same fryer as all the other good! Also when needing substitutions like switching out fries with a sandwich they charge you more!! Ridiculous!
No
Good service, but the food was not good and I got sick. Plus it was very over priced.
No
They will even bake fries in the oven if asked!

I was so pleasantly surprised at how informed our waiter was! He helped me navigate the traditional menu pointing out that they use Udi's buns. He also let me get garlic mashed potatoes instead of the fries as they share a dryer basket. The food was excellent! The waiter also pointed out which tap and bottles beers are gluten free. At the en of our meal he came out with a free bag of Lucy's chocolate chip cookies (gluten free of course) because I wasn't able to order fries and he wanted me to have a treat! If that isn't great service for any celiac then I don't know what more they could do! I will definitely be back!

BEWARE. According to all the reviews I saw about this place they had good gf options so we went. they have options, but they dont understand what gf is, so you might get gluten in your meal. they just replace wheat noodles for rice noodle into there regular meals or gf breads for normal breads. They have a veggie patty and insisted 3 times (once on the phone when calling to ask and twice at the restaurant) that it was gf. after questioning them on it they told us it was a morningstar brand patty. morning star does NoT make gf products so I asked them to read the package and they said they didnt think it was gluten free after that. so I odered the mac and cheese with the gluten free option. after one bite, I could tell there was wheat in it. It made me ill. although they substituted rice noodles for the wheat noodles, the sauce they use is still made with a wheat flour. the food tastes very good but just be warned they do not really know what it means to make a dish gluten free.

This is my favorite place to eat out. Lots of gf options and knowledgeable staff. I recommend the ducks & grits, shrimp lettuce wraps or macaroni and cheese. For breakfast the ham and cheese scramble is great.

Great GF options! Buns, Toast, Cookies, Pasta, Flatbread and even a GOOD GF beer!
