300 grams used to be one of my favourite burger places before my coeliac diagnoses. So I was really pleased when I learnt they had gluten free buns, and their chips were (usually) coeliac safe too. However when I first ordered a burger from them with gluten free buns, the bun I was given was incredibly stale.
However, I left some feedback on google, and they responded promptly, and were very apologetic! I went back a couple weeks later and their gluten free buns were soft, fresh, and much nicer! I appreciate that they have seemingly acted on my feedback, and I can definitely recommend them!
They do have one issue, which I’ve been told about by a friend of mine who actually works there. When particularly busy, on some occasions they will cook fried chicken in the same fryers as the chips. So while the chip fryers usually have uncontaminated, this is not guaranteed, and you will probably have to ask about it if you are coeliac.
