I ordered a gluten free mac and cheese dish. When it came out, I didn't think twice. I then realized I wasn't sure if what was on top was bread crumbs or parmesan. I'm glad I asked. The expo folks put bread crumbs on. I had been glutened. The chef was very apologetic and the entire bill was comped, which was a very nice gesture, but I am still obviously sick and I was served gluten. Ask for the chef, Eric, if you go. His daughter has Celiac and he may be able to make sure this does not happen.
I was able to get a burger on a gluten free bun. It was delicious! They told me the fries were not gluten free but swapped my side for smashed potatoes which were also delicious. We didn't order dessert but the waiter told me they had a deconstructed cheese cake with fresh fruit and they would not put graham cracker on it to make it gluten free. It was a great experience. The chef was walking around checking in with all the tables.
