Review of 4 Rivers Smokehouse

My wife is gluten and dairy allergic and we've always had good luck with the brisket here as long as you ask for it to be gluten/dairy free. There are quite a few gluten free options and the staff is good about using different gloves and cutting it elsewhere. Highly recommended.
