4 Roots was such a find for us on our recent trip to Sun Valley. Right in the center of town, it was so good we had lunch there twice! Dedicated GF with a wide selection of sandwiches, toasts, rice bowls, acai bowls, smoothies, coffees, and more. Their bread is really good! Even use GF oats for their oatmeal and granola! Highly recommend!

What an awesome cafe!! Everything gluten free!!!! So nice to feel safe while on vacation. Food was delicious. Staff was courteous. Great setting. We actually went 3 times during our week in Sun Valley! Our third visit we ordered takeout over the phone. Our family ate many different items - all were so good and flavorful!! Açaí bowls, smoothies, tacos, rice bowl, BLT, grilled cheese, breakfast sandwich, ham and eggs, banana bread. Thank you so much!!!!!!

All gluten free and felt good after eating here. Not my favorite meal at a gluten free spot, but still thankful to be able to eat out on our trip!

What a find! So happy to see this new cafe open 🤗 we had coffee, a caprese panini, the 4 roots breakfast plate and grabbed a grain free paleo bar to go! So fun!

Phenomenal spot in Sun Valley. Every single thing is celiac safe AND delicious. Beth and her team, can’t be beat. A must stop, any time we’re close. 10/10

Great little dedicated GF spot with a lots of breakfast and lunch options. Egg dishes, sandwiches, wraps, salads, smoothies, and baked treats. Excellent coffee as well.
