We were staying in SM before flying home from a family memorial, and I was so eager to find a yummy gf restaurant where I could eat safely. With 3 littles on a time change, my husband graciously went to pick up a take out order right before they closed. And bless their hearts, they really fired up the kitchen for us! I was SO excited to try so many of their yummy options, I practically ordered the whole menu! Entree wise, I really, really loved the fish and chips! The homemade tarter sauce, fresh lemon and deep fried deliciousness was excellent! I rarely get fried anything from a restaurant as a celiac, so it was such a special treat! The other super noteworthy purchase was the churros! We ordered like 3 servings of them, and my oldest ate the leftovers for breakfast the next morning. Ha! I used to love churros before I was diagnosed! It was SO amazing to have them again, and they were deeelish! We ordered biscuits and jam, Mac and cheese, and quesadillas as well. All of them were good. I will definitely go back next time we’re in town. I wanted to try the everything bagel breadsticks with BV and evoo, but we had to draw the line somewhere.
