The entire restaurant is gluten free, so cross contamination is a non issue. In addition the baked goods were incredible--light, fluffy and well salted. A real find. We also manage additional food allergies and they were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable; it's a small shop and we were actually served by the owner. She was wonderful, and so was the food. Excellent meal. We went back to the next door bakery that is also owned by the same folks and bought many of their 'saints' desserts, which were all gluten free. They DO have wheat in the bakery as well as tree nuts but they were very aware of cross contamination and were very confident that things marked safe would be safe and I'm pleased to report they were. Also they were delicious!
