OMG. After 60 years as a person with Celiacs disease, I am happy to have found such fabulous fine food restaurant. Never mind it was a 17 mile drive from the valley. Totally worth it. Had the biscuits-dreamy- non-celiac spouse said they were the best they had ever had! Caesar salad perfect- so flavorful. Gyro soft and warm. Then finished with the cheese plate dessert and cappuccino. Full but happy. Ethan, our waiter, was attentive and helpful. The owner was kind and delighted to share her new business success. Try their bakery next door- Saints (GF) and Sinners (with gluten).
