While they do not have a specific gluten free menu, the cook/server know what can be made gluten free (i.e., the fryer is not GF) and will adapt the menu items so that they are (e.g., they prepared some excellent pan-fried scallops with mashed potatoes and some delicious cooked vegetables (mixture of mashed turnips and carrots) rather than the breaded, deep fried scallops on the menu).
