Great lil place that has a dedicated GF fryer. Nachos, fries, chicken tenders and all fried foods GF. Great burgers with GF bun. Low key vibe so the wait staff may not convey confidence but that’s Boston culture. They are safe for celiac! We go often.

I loved the bartender and vibe and had read reviews beforehand that made me feel safe to eat there. We got the truffle fries and the Buffalo chicken bites. My reaction always happens exactly 2 hours later, and I became violently Ill. I wonder if they didn’t use a seperate fryer or the flour was not actually rice? Really sad I got sick too cause they were awesome fries and bites:(

Absolutely awful experience here. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and asked the bartender if the fries were in a separate fryer. He was confused and said no, so I ordered a side salad instead. When I ordered the sandwich and told him I’m celiac, he said “so, you just want the gluten free bun?” and did not acknowledge my allergy. Then the sandwich came out with fries, which I reminded him I could not eat. He came back two minutes later (clearly just moved the sandwich onto a new plate, which obviously would not be cross-contamination safe.) When I looked at the sandwich I realized the chicken was fried (not listed as such on the menu) and told him I wouldn’t be able to eat it. He started at me blankly and asked why, and I told him because I cannot have food from shared fryers. He then tried to tell me that they DID have a separate fryer, just for the chicken. Also charged me for the full meal. I was too uncomfortable to order anything else. Definitely not celiac safe.

Server first said nothing is gluten free which really scared me off, but after speaking to the kitchen they confirmed most items can be done gf and they take cross contamination seriously. Food was great, I would have never thought this type of place would be GF so glad they are on the app!

Really impressed! Knowledgeable server. The fried chicken sandwich was a yummy treat! Loved the queso and chips. Not enough room in my tummy to try all that I wanted to. Looking forward to next time!!

Hooray for truly gluten free fries in their own fryer!! And for late night food options! I wish I would have known about this place sooner while visiting Boston. They have a ton of gluten free options on their menu including fried pickles, which I wished I would have gotten to try. I only got the truffle fries but they were so delicious! The bartenders also seemed knowledgeable about cross contamination, which I appreciated. This place gets so so busy on weekend nights though so be prepared.

This pub has an almost completely gluten free menu and the staff seems knowledgeable. I had the fried pickles and the BBQ chicken wings. Food was excellent and I did not get sicj afterward.

As of 2 weeks ago, they use rice flour for all their fried items so everything is gluten free! I highly recommend the chicken bites and fried pickles!

I love 4th Wall, it's been one of my regular stops before seeing a show for years. They are super aware of nut allergies, so I was hoping for a better experience now that I have Celiac's Disease. They do have items marked GF on the menu, though when I ordered the wings marked GF, the server came back and informed me the wings will go in the same fryer as everything else. So, the wings are not GF... otherwise, they have gluten free buns for all of their burgers and their drinks are delicious. Lots of ciders and Seltzer!
