I placed an order via Uber Eats and then called to make a note of my allergy, as I had done previously. Unlike the last time I called in, I was told that they could not accommodate my allergy, so I asked to cancel the order. They said I would have to cancel through Uber Eats, which did not refund my order even though this all happened within 5 minutes of placing it. I essentially donated $50 to 5 Thai for food I didn't get.

The staff is knowledgeable about celiac. the menu is clearly marked what is GF or not! I got the pad thai, it was delicious.

My son is celiac and gets sick every time. It’s very disappointing because we explain the allergy. I believe they use the same strainers etc with pasta. I often find wheat noodles in the rice pasta pad Thai even after we inform them of the allergy. Food is great if you don’t need gluten free!
Staff was versed in gluten issues and menu was clearly labeled. Food was tasty too.
